Remand extended for suspect in Givatayim soldier's murder

The Petah Tikva Magistrate's Court extended the remand of the 23-year-old central suspect in the murder of soldier Yiftah Grady by seven days, Israel Radio reported.

Grady, 18, of Givatayim, was stabbed to death outside a nightclub in Ra'anana on Sunday night.

The suspect, whose name was not cleared for publication, is a Ra'anana resident who turned himself in to the police on Tuesday accompanied by his lawyer.
