Eighteen ex-prisoners sent to the Gaza Strip as part of the Gilad Shalit deal in 2011 are to be allowed into the West Bank on Thursday, Ma'an news agency quoted the Palestinian Authority as saying.

Ma'an reported that the Egyptian side was coordinating with Israel to ensure that the prisoners would not remain exiled from their homes for more than one year after the deal.
