A Fatah official said Thursday that Egypt is to host a new round of "very important" national reconciliation talks between Palestinian factions, Palestinian news agency Ma'an reported.
Ma'an quoted Yahya Rabah as saying Fatah "made the needed consultations, and reconciliation now needs to be implemented."
"We are going forward toward with one temporary national unity government of independent figures, and headed by [Palestinian Authority] President Mahmoud Abbas," Rabah said.
