The United States aims to clench a framework deal between Israel and the Palestinians by the end of December, reports from Israel radio said on Sunday. Asharq al-Awsat quoted sources in the Arab league saying the continuation of talks is dependent on terms of the presence of the IDF in the Jordan Valley.
