A rocket fired by terrorists in the Gaza Strip landed in open territory in the Sha'ar Hanegev Regional Council on Tuesday evening shortly after two previous rockets were launched toward southern Israel.

The third projectile launched from the Palestinian enclave came about an hour after the Iron Dome rocket defense system intercepted two Kassam rockets between Zikim and Ashkelon.
