Thousands stranded amid temporary Ben-Gurion airport strike

Employees at Ben-Gurion Airport began their three-hour strike in solidarity with postal workers who are in the midst of a labor dispute.
The strike was called for 11 a.m. until 2 p.m., but the initial security check was already halted at 10:30 a.m.
An estimated 8,000 passengers were expected to be stranded during the strike.
