Two civilians were lightly injured on Sunday by rocket shrapnel.

The two men, members of the Chabad hassidic community, entered a closed military zone in the Sha'ar Hanegev Regional Council by vehicle.

Police have asked the public to not travel to the communities close to the Gaza Strip, especially following the uptick in the number of rockets fired at Israel on Sunday.
