Two young men were shot and wounded near the Carmel mall on Monday night according to a MDA spokesperson.Paramedics provided medical care on the scene and evacuated the youths to Rambam Medical, one in critical condition and the other in fair condition, both with gunshot wounds to the limbs and torso.Gaza humanitarian aid port will be up and running by the weekend
