Glenn Beck arrives in Israel ahead of ‘megaevent’

Pundit to visit ministers, MKs; American politicians, Chuck Norris expected to attend Jerusalem rally in support of Israel.

American conservative pundit Glenn Beck arrived in Israel on Sunday morning to prepare for his “megaevent,” planned for next week.
As a part of his preparations, Beck will meet with a number of Israeli politicians, including MK Danny Danon (Likud), who helped organize the event, Vice Premier Moshe Ya’alon, Diaspora Affairs Minister Yuli Edelstein, Science and Technology Minister Daniel Herschkowitz, MK Einat Wilf (Independence) and others.

Beck’s rally in support of Israel, called “Restoring Courage” is planned for August 24 in Jerusalem. It will include two separate events, one at the Davidson Center in the Old City, and one in Safra Square.
A number of American politicians are expected to attend, including Senators Joe Lieberman (Ind.-CT), Orrin Hatch (R-UH), Jim Demint (R-SD) and James Inhofe (R-Okla.), as well as freshman congressman visiting Israel with AIPAC.
In addition, rock musician Ted Nugent and actors John Voight and Chuck Norris are expected to attend.
