On Monday, the Islamist party Ennahda claimed victory in Tunisia's election, representing the first democratic election of the Arab Spring.Livni also praised Germany's role in securing the release of Gilad Schalit. "All of Israel, from all the different positions that exist within it, values and appreciates Germany's efforts in releasing Israeli hostages," she saidLivni will continue her European trip with official meetings in Paris Tuesday afternoon before returning to Israel in the evening.
