EU Parliament demands Schalit’s release

They are both the new world order, they both hate Israel and they both will soon dissappear from history because of it...

Show some spine! Stop issuing visas to UN and EU personal and to anyone else that adopts Goldstone Report. What will they do? Let them use emails to complain.

Shalit should be released with NO CONDITIONS. This is a WAR CRIME.

Wow! That's quick action by the EU! It took only 4 years to demand Schalit's release. And how long does it take them to condemn Israel for its actions? Now that's being even-handed! I can see now why Israel is concerned about relying on others to keep Iran from getting nuclear weapons. I'm sure the EU would probably get around to protesting within a decade or so of Israel being nuked.

I watched Joe Biden's speech at TAU via the internet and I must admit I was surprised and very happy that he brought up Gilad Schalit. How do the free democratic nations of our world sit by for nearly 5 years and not say a word publicly about a kidnapped soldier being held hostage by a terrorist organization? I'm glad to see the EU has followed suit but I'm curious, do they just want the French part of him released because I'd like to see all of him released especially the Jewish part.

...only now, three and a half years later, the Europeans ask politely of the International Red Cross to ask to visit the young Israeli soldier abducted from Israeli soil while guarding the civilian population of Israel from mass murderers with whom the Europeans want to develop friendly relations. Europe has changed little and appears not to have thrown away its past and attitude towards the Jew in society, despite the fact that he, Schalit, is a French citizen...!!

Instead of just issuing a statement how about withholding EU aid to Gaza for some real pressure? Don't expect any statements from U.S. minions, they are only into smooches. Off topic-what's with these talkbacks, no more authors,countries displayed and many talkbacks do not get posted?
