'War talk is Zionist propaganda'

Ahmadinejad's top adviser says no war currently on the horizon.

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's chief adviser assured the Amir of Kuwait that their is no regional war on the horizon, stating that talk of a military conflict is merely "Zionist propaganda meant to destabilize the region," Kuwaiti newspaper al-Dar reported on Saturday.
Esfandiar Rahim Mashaee said in an interview with the Kuwaiti newspaper that if Iran's nuclear facility in Bushehr were attacked, the Islamic Republic would strike against American interests "wherever they may be and by all available means."

Mashaee repeatedly expressed his hope that none of the Gulf states would side with the US against Iran and hinted at media reports that Saudi Arabia and the Gulf nations would allow their airspace to be used for an American or Israeli attack on Iran.
"We are sure that Kuwait would not provide any opportunity for America to take advantage of them to attack us."
He added that Iran's nuclear plant in Bushehr is equipped with the latest safety technologies and that there is no danger of any accidents or incidents.
