The Ramle Magistrate's Court has extended his arrest by three days.
Sunday's arrest was just the latest case of an elite IDF soldier being accused of sexual crimes.
Last Thursday, Avinoam Braverman, a 33-year-old Tel Aviv man who once served in a specialized IDF computer unit, was convicted in Tel Aviv District Court of raping and sodomizing a girl aged 11.
Braverman was also suspected of having contacted as many as 1,000 young females over the Internet between 2007 and 2009 for the purpose of befriending them and convincing them to engage in sexual relations and masturbation activities with him.
