Video footage released Wednesday by the IDF shows the Gaza protest flotilla passengers preparing for a violent assault on the approaching IDF force.The video was taken from the security cameras of the flotilla ships minutes before they were boarded by the IDF raid Monday.In the footage, the activists can be seen gathering various weapons such as iron rods, broken bottles, slingshots and other iron implements, then pointing to the sea in anticipation of the attack. It was raided and captured by IDF commando forces on Monday night. The soldiers were assaulted by the activists, resulting in 9 casualties among them.
