Zohar "Scott" Mor, a former resident of Ramat Yishai, was sentenced on Thursday to 18 months in jail after pleading guilty in March to three counts of committing indecent acts under aggravated circumstances.
Mor, who runs a chiropractic clinic in Richmond, Illinois, confessed to three out of five charges against him related to sexual acts committed in 1999 carried out against Mor's then-seven-year-old neighbor.
Mor was served with the indictment after returning to Israel in September 2005.
