Diskin reportedly meets Cairo officials to discuss Sinai rocket fire.

The Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet) head Yuval Diskin met with Egyptian officials on Thursday to discuss the Grad rockets fired at Eilat and Aqaba earlier this week, according to a report by London-based Arab newspaper Asharq Al-Awsat.According to the Friday report, Cairo officials have been searching for two trucks that were used in the firing of the Grad rockets on Monday. In response, Diskin stated that the rockets were launched from several locations, one of them being Sinai.Egyptian officials in the report said that security forces in southern Sinai have been searching for the rocket-launching trucks and that the presence of security forces in the area has been increased, primarily in the city of Taba. In conjunction, road-blocks have been established in an effort to locate any suspects."We have continued to search the area for witnesses who may have information on the location of the rocket fire," an Egyptian official was quoted as saying in the report.An Israeli delegation reportedly arrived in Taba this week to discuss coordination between Israeli and Egyptian security forces in the search for the rocket launchers.The Shin Bet refused to comment on the report or Diskin's schedule.
