Pakistan has said that there were no discussions about a military reaction from Islamabad under the Mecca agreement in response to the Houthis' attacks on Saudi Arabia.
The goal of the Houthis is to create a new reality along the Red Sea. They are digging trenches in the mountains to prevent the government forces from retaking the area.
Elsewhere, a strike reportedly killed a man in Shejaia, east of Gaza City, while another hit a vehicle in the Sheikh Radwan district of Gaza City, killing one person, Hamas and medics said.
There was no Saudi confirmation regarding whether or not the Houthis had struck any of the sites they claimed to have targeted.
The conditions include ending the war on all fronts, unfreezing Iranian funds, and ending the US naval blockade, Iran's Security Chief Mohsen Rezaei said.
