The Palestinian Authority has cancelled a ceremony commemorating Dalal al-Mughrabi, the woman who took part in a terror attack on Israel's coastal road, Reuters reported on Wednesday.

Mughrabi's sister Rashida, an officer in PA security forces, toldReuters that the "decision to cancel the celebration came from officialchannels."
