Fire breaks out in North, 1000 people evacuated

No injuries; fire fighters extinguish fire that breaks out in Park Snir in between Kibbutz Maayan Baruch and Kibbutz HaGoshrim.

A bush fire broke out Friday night in Park Snir between Kibbutz Maayan Baruch and Kibbutz HaGoshrim in the North.
Large forces of fire fighters and police were called to the scene and managed to extinguish the fire after several hours.
The emergency services evacuated some one thousand people visiting the area including dozens of families who were camping in the region.
There were no injuries and the authorities said that there were no concerns regarding the safety of the kibbutzim residents.
