In an arrest that Border Police say
prevented a terror attack, officers stopped three men in the West Bank
carrying explosives, a pistol, and a knife on Sunday night.
Police said Monday, that three Palestinian men from the Balata refugee camp arrived at
the Tapuah junction in the northern West Bank, raising officers' suspicion.
During a search of the men's vehicle,
police said the officers found eight pipe bombs, a pistol, and a
knife.
A Border Police bomb squad unit was
called to the scene and neutralized the bombs, while the three men
were taken into custody for further investigation.
