Noose left outside Supreme Court judge's home

Police step up security around Hanan Melzer after he files complaint saying noose was intended threat; possible motives not yet known.

Police have increased security around a Supreme Court judge in Tel Aviv after he filed a complaint saying a "hanging rope" had been left outside of his home as a threat.
Judge Hanan Melzer filed a complaint at the Yarkon police station in Tel Aviv.

Possible suspects or motives for the threat were not immediately known.
Judge Melzar was appointed to the Supreme Court in 2007.
