5 Border Patrol officers injured in Hebron protest
1,650 left-wing and Palestinian demonstrators call for road to be opened to Palestinian traffic on anniversary of Goldstein shooting.

Five Border Patrol officers were slightly injured on Friday from stones thrown by protesters participating in a demonstration near Hebron.Police stated that some 1650 Palestinian and left-wing protesters participated in the demonstration, calling for the A-Shuhada Road in Hebron to be opened to Palestinian traffic.RELATED:Ayalon: We’ll bring Israeli diplomats to HebronSa'ar presents program to bring pupils to HebronThree protesters were arrested for throwing stones and attacking a female Border Patrol officer.The officer in question was cut on her arm from a sharp object and required medical treatment.The demonstration coincided with the 17 year anniversary of the incident in which Baruch Goldstein opened fire at the Cave of the Patriarchs, killing 29 Palestinians.
