Lebanon's heavily armed Hezbollah terrorism group and Israel have been exchanging fire on an increasingly frequent basis all along the border.
The fighting has been the deadliest at the border since Hezbollah and Israel went to war in 2006.
The rocket attack damaged a number of buildings across northern Israel and caused multiple fires to break out.
Even though the barrage into Israel was fired from Hezbollah-controlled southern Lebanon, sources indicate that Palestinian groups may be to blame.
