Rabbi Zevulun Charlop, dean who led Yeshiva U seminary through period of growth, dies at 94

When Charlop was named dean of Rabbi Isaac Elchanan Theological Seminary at YU in 1971, it had 154 students. When he retired in 2008, it had 340.
