An intimate snapshot of Muammar Gaddafi, seen here playing with his young granddaughter.
This video, obtained by Reuters in Tripoli on Wednesday, was filmed sometime in 2005 at the deposed Libyan leader's Bab al-Aziziya compound.
It shows a different side to the infamous autocrat - that of a loving grandfather and family man.
The current whereabouts of Gaddafi remain a mystery, although rumors are circulating that he fled across the border to Niger.
He's never been known to shy away from the limelight, but he hasn't made a public appearance in several months.
He's recently only spoken publicly by broadcasting an audio message on an Arabic television channel.
Last week Gaddafi's first wife and three of his children fled to Algeria.
