Arkia signs agreement with Histadrut, Eilat flights may return

Controlling shareholders of the Israeli airline Arkia signed an agreement with the Histadrut that could potentially lead to the resumption of flights from Ben-Gurion Airport to Eilat, KAN News reported Monday night.
The Nakash brothers, the airline's controlling shareholders, signed the deal with the national labor union following demonstrations held by the company's workers against them late July.
Since March, the company has grounded its entire aircraft fleet and forced most of its employees to take unpaid leave.
