Police: Reports of explosion sounds in Eilat are a false alarm

Israeli media reports of blast sounds in Eilat for the second day in a row on Tuesday evening were a false alarm, Israel Police said in a statement.

Residents of Shahmon neighborhood in the southern city reported hearing explosion sounds, but after searching the area the police determined this was a false report.
