New Dishes, Redefine Meat
The local alternative brand continues to expand into Israeli restaurants with a new lineup of vegan dishes, and meaty temptations.
Redefine Meat’s move includes, among others, the Burger Station chain, the “Royal Courtyard” dish at Esther the Queen, a vegetarian smashburger at Bobby in Givatayim and a vegan dish at Jem’s, “Redefine King” at Rainbow, as well as buns with pulled meat and a “Vietnamese stir-fry” at Uma.
All of these will join an excellent “Smash Special” at M32, and permanent stars at institutions such as Hotel Montefiore and Café Noir, and at popular eateries such as Rapidos and Marlene.
