You’ll have to take our word for it when we say that this is not an easy job. Not easy at all.
Trying out all the new products hitting the Israeli market (and sometimes beyond), tasting them before anyone else, deliveries and more deliveries, paper bags piling up at the office (and at home), and a constant feeling of being full.
Seriously, it’s harder than it looks, and no one pays for your gym membership or compensates you for the rapidly developing sense of FOMO.

Still, the “New on the Shelf” section, along with its tasters, curious explorers and loyal consumers, is once again setting out, determined and mission-driven. And this time – blooming, and sipping. Yes, we’re very eclectic. Bon appétit!
Sauvignon Blanc Wine, Tura Winery
The sequence of holidays and joyful gatherings – Purim, Passover, Independence Day, Shavuot – continues exactly as it should continue, with the help of the energetic family winery from Rehelim.
Tura’s Sauvignon Blanc 2025 (12.5% alcohol) is a dry white wine that relies, as its name suggests, solely on Sauvignon grapes grown on a northern slope “and in a high-quality plot” of the Bracha Vineyard (850 meters).
The result is poured in a wonderful color, with apple–floral aromas and a very refreshing sip, which at its peak recalls a combination of citrus and melons, all the way to springtime optimism that settles on the edge of the glass. Price: NIS 75.
