Collector’s Edition, Yaffo Winery
The excellent boutique winery from George Hinawi Beverages is preparing for Passover with a diverse collection that pours festivity and good taste into the center of the table.
At the center are the Garbuz Collection bottles, a special (and limited) collector’s edition celebrating 25 years of activity at Yaffo Winery, adorned, as the name suggests, with original works by the artist. Inside, a dry red blend (NIS 159) from Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot grapes aged 18 months in French oak barrels delivers, in return, impressive balance, a dominant presence, and a fruity-spicy sip.
At the same time, the Hommage Malbec from the 2023 vintage, which blends a little Merlot into it (NIS 109), is expected to shine as a deep wine that speaks the language of the holiday’s main dishes, with joyful deals also offered at the Wine & More chain – purchase at NIS 350 and pay only NIS 299, for example, or a pair of wine bottles for NIS 119.
