Against the backdrop of the complex period and the ongoing security reality, the Israel Hotels Association and hotels in Israel are launching a new initiative to provide a short respite for populations that particularly need it.
As part of the initiative, "To the North with a Benefit", hotels across the country will host northern residents (from the Haifa line and northward) under a model of a third night free – Pay for two nights and receive an additional night as a gift.
Booking the nights as part of the initiative will be possible for vacations that take place between March 19–31, 2026 and subject to the availability and policy of each hotel. Details about the hotels and the benefits are available at the following link.
27 hotels in Tel Aviv, 19 in Eilat
The initiative led by the Israel Hotels Association includes 116 hotels across the country and is intended to allow northern residents, who are experiencing a prolonged period of uncertainty and stress under the threat of missiles with minimal warning, to take a short break and get some fresh air with access to protected spaces and at an accessible price, according to the association.
The list of hotels participating in the initiative is published on the Israel Hotels Association website, and each hotel participating in it will display the initiative’s logo on its booking website. In Eilat, 19 hotels have joined the initiative, in Haifa and the surrounding area seven hotels, in Tiberias five hotels, in Jerusalem 21 hotels, in the Dead Sea four hotels, in Netanya eight hotels, in Tel Aviv 27 hotels, and additional hotels in various regions across the country.
Hagar Sharan, CEO of the Israel Hotels Association: "Hotels in Israel have also mobilized during this period for the national effort, while providing an opportunity for Israeli citizens to take a break from reality in a safe manner. Hotels in Israel operate in accordance with the Home Front Command guidelines and offer guests access to protected spaces, so that it is possible to stay in them even during this complex period. The past years have further clarified the significant role of hotels in Israel in the social and community aspect for Israeli citizens".
