Hummus with Carolina Reaper pepper, Strauss
One of the most intriguing launches we have had here recently shakes up all of our salad refrigerators a bit, literally and figuratively.
The new hummus container of Achla, from Strauss, mixes in the infamous Carolina Reaper pepper, and represents a move that appeals to the young and the mischievous, to those who experiment and get excited. The limited edition (260 grams) calls for direct dipping, challenges the "brave", and generally rides the spiciness trend that has been spreading worldwide in recent years. The taste, of course, kicks and shouts, and does not compromise with more delicate taste buds.
