BST Construction won the tender to construct a new office tower for one of the world's largest technology companies. The project joins the expansion trend of international technology companies in activity areas outside the center of the country, and specifically in the Yokne'am area, which has become a significant activity hub for leading high–tech companies in recent years.
Occupancy is expected in 2028, with the project being carried out on one of the fastest schedules in the industry with partial delivery as early as September 2027, relying on exceptional execution capabilities and maintaining a high quality standard.
This is a project where the scope of the main contractor's works is estimated at approximately NIS 167 million, which joins the expansion of NVIDIA's activity in Israel and is located in Melisron's Ofer Yokne'am high–tech park adjacent to two existing NVIDIA buildings in the park. The win in the project was received within a tender in which leading execution companies in the industry also participated, including Electra and Tidhar.
CEO of BST Construction, from the BST Group owned by the Tannous family, Samer Kardosh, stated: "Partial delivery during construction is an expression of high–level execution capabilities, precise planning, continuous work and meeting particularly high paces. This is a direct continuation of BST Construction's ability to lead complex projects for international companies, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety".
VP Engineering of Melisron, Ami Hayut, also referred to the project: "Melisron company is proud to announce the construction of an additional office tower in the Ofer Yokne'am park, which will be fully leased to the technology giant NVIDIA. The project, which BST Group will execute as the main contractor, will include an 11–story tower and a parking lot with a total area of approximately 43,000 square meters. This strategic project strengthens Yokne'am's status as a leading high–tech center".
