The Hayevuan TLV chain recently opened a new branch in the London Minister complex in Tel Aviv, following a run–in period. The branch, spanning approximately 140 sqm, operates in a combined format of a liquor store and a culinary space (Multi–Space), offering a combination of beverage sales and an on–site dining experience.
The chain, which operates under the brand Hayevuan – Wholesale Alcohol for Everyone, was established in 2017 and currently operates 14 branches across the country alongside an online sales website. It presents itself as specializing in the import and distribution of alcohol products from a variety of international brands, including wines, beers, vodka, and whiskey, alongside related accessories and additional wine products.
Alongside the retail activity, the Tel Aviv branch also integrates a food complex that includes a taboon oven for making pizzas and focaccias, alongside deli dishes such as various cheeses, for instance pesto Gouda, goat Tomme, Old Amsterdam, and pistachio Kashkaval, as well as additional delicacy–style dishes.
According to the chain, some of the other branches have been converted into a wine bar format, including branches in Ashkelon, Kiryat Ono, and Kfar Saba. During these days, the development of the chain continues, and additional branches are expected to open soon in Be’er Ya’acov, Rosh Ha'ayin, and Lod, alongside the renovation of the Azor branch.
The chain emphasizes that its operational strategy is based on parallel importing, which it claims allows it to offer international brands at prices lower than market prices. Management notes that the model is designed to tackle brokerage gaps in the local alcohol market and make products accessible at more competitive prices.
The new branch is located at 2 Sha'ul Hamelech Boulevard, London Minister complex in Tel Aviv, and operates Sunday–Thursday between 09:30 and 23:00, on Fridays between 09:00 and 15:00, and on Saturday nights between 18:30 and 23:00.
