Molam restaurant is launching a new happy hour that will bring Bangkok’s atmosphere, rhythm, and flavors to Tel Aviv—with a rotating Thai menu, shareable dishes, and discounted alcohol.
The happy hour will take place Monday to Thursday from 18:00 to 19:00, offering diners a Thai “table setting” experience that includes five rotating dishes for NIS 39 per diner, which is effectively 440 baht.
At Molam, they say the new concept was inspired by Bangkok’s food and bar culture, with an emphasis on traditional ingredients, local cooking techniques, and the well-known Thai balance of spice, sourness, sweetness, and umami.
Among the dishes served during the happy hour are tofu in Sichuan glaze, pomelo salad with fried fish, hard-boiled egg with crispy shallots and tamarind sauce, lightly pickled papaya with house sriracha, and Eisan-style beef tartare.
Alongside the food, there will also be a 30% discount on cocktails, beer, and glasses of wine throughout the happy hour.
