The active serums trend continues to conquer the skincare world, and now the low–cost chain Beautycare is also joining it with the launch of SOLOACTIVE, a new series of facial serums that offers targeted solutions for various skin conditions at especially accessible prices.
The new series includes five types of serums, each based on a leading active ingredient in the skincare world and designed for a different need of the skin: Moisture, oil balancing, pigmentation treatment, skin texture improvement, or strengthening the appearance of mature skin.
Among the products in the series, one can find a hyaluronic acid serum, designed to provide increased moisture and improve skin elasticity; a salicylic acid serum that assists in cleansing pores, reducing oiliness, and blurring blemishes; a niacinamide serum designed to soothe redness and balance the skin's appearance; a vitamin C serum for brightening and improving skin tone; and a collagen serum designed to assist in improving the appearance of fine lines and elasticity.
According to Beautycare, all serums contain 2% of a main active ingredient, in addition to hyaluronic acid at a concentration of 0.24%, with the aim of providing the skin with moisture and additional support.
The series was developed as part of the expansion of the skincare category in the pharm and beauty chains, and particularly against the backdrop of the growing demand for products based on active ingredients that have become a hit on social networks in recent years.
Beautycare explains that the goal was to make skincare products based on popular ingredients from the dermo–cosmetics worlds accessible to consumers, but at prices more affordable than what is customary in the market.
The serums are intended for use as part of a daily skincare routine, while with some of the products it is recommended to also combine a moisturizing cream and sun protection, especially when using active ingredients such as salicylic acid or vitamin C.
