The company that introduced low-calorie konjac noodles to Israel is now taking a new step: The healthy food brand Skinny Pasta is launching its first-ever factory store and a new pop-up complex at Renanim Mall in Ra’anana.

More than a decade after the company entered the market with noodles containing only about 9 calories per serving, Skinny Pasta is expanding its operations and establishing a direct-to-consumer sales point that will operate during May–June, combining a shopping experience with the world of healthy cuisine.

At the new complex, visitors will be able to find the brand’s full range of products, including gluten-free and no-added-sugar nutritional solutions, cooking mixes, ready-made meals, and discounted value packs. The products are tailored, among others, for Weight Watchers followers, people on a keto diet, and those looking to reduce carbohydrate and sugar intake.

Alongside the factory store, the Hummix hummus bar will also operate - an Israeli start-up developed by the company, offering freshly made hummus customized within minutes. The hummus bar will serve dishes based on a recipe by chef Avi Levy, winner of the second season of Master Chef, who serves as the brand’s culinary consultant.

The location will serve protein-rich hummus dishes, accompanied by pickles and pita bread of choice - including gluten-free pita, spelt pita, or a high-protein PRO pita - priced at just NIS 20. In addition, Hummix products will also be sold on site, including raw tahini, olive oil, and To Go kits for making fresh hummus at home or on the go.

The Skinny Pasta pop-up will operate in the food court of Renanim Mall in Ra’anana until the end of June.
