The menu, created by head chef Itai Spiegel, combines beloved classic dishes with culinary innovations, including rich breakfasts, diverse starters, and new main courses such as sea bass fillet, teriyaki salmon, and fettuccine lasagna with cream and spinach.
During the visit to the new menu, a strong sense of abundance and social atmosphere stood out: Dishes served at the center of the table encouraging tasting and sharing.
The lasagna was rich and comforting, the salmon was juicy and well-balanced, and the starters were perfect for light summer snacking.
Even the breakfasts maintained Biga’s familiar style – generous, colorful, and satisfying.
For the first time, the chain is also offering a variety of vegan dishes, including a vegan burger schnitzel and a vegan smash burger, as part of adapting to changing eating habits in Israel.
The vegan dishes do not feel like a compromise, but rather a natural and well-developed part of the menu.
