Shots fired towards checkpoint near Ramallah; no injuries reported

Shots were fired towards Border Police forces at a checkpoint in Beiytunia, near Ramallah on Friday morning, an IDF spokeswoman confirmed.

Eight M-16 bullet casings were found on the scene. No injuries were reported.

Security forces are scanning the area.
