Rachel Marder covers arts and culture for The Jerusalem Post, as well as working as a night editor in the news section.

Rachel attended Brandeis University where she double majored in Islamic and Middle Eastern Studies and Near Eastern and Judaic Studies. She made aliya from Palo Alto, CA in 2010, and has since received a Master's degree from Hebrew University in Conflict Research, Management and Resolution.

Rachel has also published articles with the JointMedia News Service, Omanoot.com and j. the Jewish news weekly of Northern California.
