CBS exit poll: Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel wins second term

CHICAGO - Exit polling shows Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel has won a second term, a local CBS affiliate reported on Tuesday. Exit poll data projected the final margin to be 54 percent to 46 percent, according to the station.

The city's Board of Election Commissioners shows that with about 70 percent of precincts reporting, Emanuel had about 56 percent of the vote to Jesus "Chuy" Garcia's 44 percent.
