Former Mossad chief Meir Dagan said that changes in the Middle East world have put Israel in a unique and never-before seen position to improve relations with Arab states, speaking on a panel at the Presidential Conference in Jerusalem on Wednesday.
"The radicals in the Arab League are no longer there and a range of mutual interests that require regional cooperation provide an incredible opportunity for fostering peaceful relations," Dagan said.
