"It is time for the international community to loudly and clearly say that ‘enough is enough’ Ambassador Prosor said in a statement released Monday.

Following the Security Council meeting on the Middle East he talked about global terrorism and how nations could not "allow their children and citizens to fall victim" to the epidemic.

Moving on to Israel, he said that in the "past two weeks alone, Israeli citizens came under attack from three fronts:" missiles from Syria, kidnappings in the West Bank and rockets from Gaza.

"The international community must remove the rose colored glasses and recognize that the unity deal [between Fatah and Hamas] is bad for peace, bad for the Palestinians, and bad for the Middle East."
