The Foreign Ministry reported on Sunday morning that the number of Israelis in Nepal who remain out of contact following a destructive earthquake has risen to 250.

Despite the increase in numbers, contact has been made with many Israelis, including a large group that was stuck on a trek due to an avalanche on Mount Everest. There are no known Israeli casualties.
