KUWAIT - The Kuwaiti government submitted its resignation to the country's ruler on Monday, a government source said.

The resignation came amid a political crisis in the OPEC member and USally. The top court annulled elections in February that gave the Islamist-led opposition a majority in parliament and revived the previous, more government-friendly assembly.
