The Haifa District Attorney filed an indictment in the Haifa District Court on Monday, charging a 38-year-old Haifa man with raping a 17-year-old girl last month.According to the indictment, Maher Hajj Mohammed grabbed the girl as she waited for a taxi, and dragged her to the bottom of the stairway leading to the city's Halisa neighborhood, where he threatened and then raped her.Mohammed is also charged with aggravated robbery and grievous bodily harm in connection with a separate incident in the city.
