Jewish Agency checks acceptance process after shooting

Following the deadly shooting incident in Eilat on Friday morning, Jewish Agency chairman Natan Sharansky appointed a panel to examine the processes by which the American participant was accepted to the Oranim program in Eilat.

The gunman was a 23 year-old American citizen who was in Israel as a part of the Oranim program, that brings Jews from around the world for volunteer work, study and internship.
