Liberman speaks out against early release of terrorists after Shin Bet arrest

Foreign Minister Avigdor Liberman spoke out against deals for the early release of terrorists on Monday, following the Shin Bet's announcement that a suspect was arrested for an April terrorist attack who had been previously released in the deal in 2011 to free captured Israeli soldier Gilad Schalit.
"Despite the fact that I was among the Knesset members who voted against the 'Schalit deal' I hoped that we do not reach this day where the worst possible forecasts have come true and terrorists who were released reoffend and murder," Liberman said.
Terrorists remain terrorists, and murderers remain murderers, and deals with terrorists bring about more blood and murder and the 'necessity' to enter into new deals," he added.
