Paris prosecutor says women arrested over foiled Paris attacks guided by Islamic State

PARIS - The three women arrested after a car loaded with gas cylinders was found near Notre Dame cathedral were directed by Islamic State militants in Syria and were completely committed to the cause, the Paris prosecutor said on Friday.
"A terrorist cell comprised of young women ... has been dismantled," Francois Molins said. "They were guided by individuals in Syria in the ranks of Islamic State."
