Southern District State Prosecutors reached a pleabargain with eight men accused of belonging to a major organized crime organization on Sunday.

The defendants, including Hagai Zaguri, considered by police to be a mob chief in the South, and seven additional suspects, will serve 15 years behind bars and pay a total of NIS 1.25 million in fines, according to the deal.

The plea bargain was approved by the Beersheba Magistrate's Court.
